Traveling to Jackson Hole:
BOOK EARLY!
*Hotel and Airbnb prices are very high right now - they may fluctuate, but they have been rising by the hour, so your safest bet is to book your stay ASAP!
Jackson Hole is a tourist and wedding destination, so please book flights and hotels ASAP before ticket prices skyrocket and they sell out! (They’re increasing by the hour!)
The Jackson Hole Airport is about a 20-minute drive from downtown Jackson, and there are many local taxis (suburbans) available just outside the airport that can take you to your hotel or Airbnb.
In the event you are joining us but cannot get a flight to Jackson Hole Airport, you can alternatively book a ticket to Idaho Falls, which is about 1 hour 45 minute-drive from Jackson.

The Cloudveil
The Cloudveil is a Mariott Bonvoy hotel right in the center of town within walking distance from Friday’s dinner venue and the wedding transportation drop-off / pickup point on the town square. It is a luxury hotel, so it is pricey. However, we did get a block of rooms at a discounted rate, and if you have Marriott points you can apply those as well.

Mountain Modern
Mountain Modern is a great boutique hotel that is also within walking distance of the town square, the shuttle pickup/dropoff, and the welcome dinner venue.
It’s more reasonably priced than the Cloudveil, but like all of the lodging in Jackson, the sooner you book the lower the cost!

The Hotel Jackson
This locally-owned and operated luxury hotel is in the center of Jackson just off the Town Square. It is not the cheapest option, however it is beautiful and conveniently located.

The Rockwell
The Rockwell is downtown, is relatively less expensive compared to other available lodging, and comes highly recommended.
Again - it’s more reasonably priced the sooner you book it!

The Virginian Lodge
The Virginian Lodge is also a relatively lower-priced option that is downtown, has many room options, and is a fun scene. This is a good option for groups.
Though it is not within walking distance of the town square, it is only a 5 min car or taxi ride to get there.

Elk Country Inn
The Elk Country Inn is a solid choice that’s very conveniently located downtown.
While it is not within walking distance of the town square, it takes less than 10 min to get there by car/taxi.

Airbnbs
It is not technically legal to run an Airbnb in downtown Jackson, however if you go to Airbnb’s website there appear to be some available. If you have a large group and want to book a shared house near downtown, that may be a good option for large groups. Shuttles
Round-trip shuttle transportation will be provided to and from the wedding venue.
The current plan is to have shuttles picking up and dropping off guests at the northwestern corner of the Jackson Hole Town Square (across from the Million Dollar Cowboy Bar, at 25 North Cache Street, Jackson, WY 83001).
