CEREMONY
4:30 PM - 4:45 PM
Shuttles will leave from downtown Jackson at 3:30 PM on the dot, so please be prompt! Upon arrival, guests will be guided to the ceremony area.

COCKTAIL HOUR
4:45 PM - 5:45 PM
After the ceremony, guests will be directed to the cocktail area where champagne, cocktails, and hors d'oeuvres will be served.
RECEPTION
5:45 PM - 10:00 PM
Cocktail hour will be followed by the reception, during which guests will be served with the dish of their choice from a menu with multiple fantastic options provided by our caterer Maho. Dinner will be followed by the cutting of the cake and lots of dancing with music provided by a DJ and live band!
POST-RECEPTION
10:00 PM - (TBD)
After the reception, around 10:00 PM shuttles will take guests to downtown Jackson. Those who want to return to their hotels may do so, and for those who want to keep the party going, join us for the after party to be held at a location downtown that is yet to be announced!

FAREWELL BRUNCH

On Sunday, July 20, 2025 we will provide shuttles from the town square to the Bar BC Ranch again where guests can enjoy brunch and mimosas on the lawn, say goodbye to the happy newlyweds, and get one last chance to take in the breathtaking view of the Tetons. Guests will have the option of being shuttled downtown or directly to the airport.
